Art Pharmacy expects Arts & Culture Partners to:

  1. Communicate programming details to Art Pharmacy contact: summary of Art Pharmacy-eligible programs (including age recommendations, theme/content, and health & safety trigger warnings), date, time, and location
  2. Educate staff and volunteers who might interact with Art Pharmacy participants about the partnership, using the provided Arts & Culture Partner Orientation materials.
  3. If a participant is in crisis, follow your organization's de-escalation practices and crisis protocol. Do not call Art Pharmacy for emergency services. In non-crisis situations, raise any participant-specific concerns to designated Art Pharmacy point of contact.
  4. Provide Art Pharmacy staff access to experience for program review.

In return, you can expect Art Pharmacy to:

  1. Promote your arts & culture offerings as appropriate to Art Pharmacy participants.
  2. Communicate ticket/entrance needs (numbers, dates, names as required) to designated point of contact.
  3. Provide educational resources including orientation materials, access to trainings and guidance on best practices for serving individuals with behavioral health concerns.
  4. Conduct evaluation of participant experience and provide anonymized data upon request.
