Art Pharmacy expects Arts & Culture Partners to:
- Communicate programming details to Art Pharmacy contact: summary of Art Pharmacy-eligible programs (including age recommendations, theme/content, and health & safety trigger warnings), date, time, and location
- Educate staff and volunteers who might interact with Art Pharmacy participants about the partnership, using the provided Arts & Culture Partner Orientation materials.
- If a participant is in crisis, follow your organization's de-escalation practices and crisis protocol. Do not call Art Pharmacy for emergency services. In non-crisis situations, raise any participant-specific concerns to designated Art Pharmacy point of contact.
- Provide Art Pharmacy staff access to experience for program review.
In return, you can expect Art Pharmacy to:
- Promote your arts & culture offerings as appropriate to Art Pharmacy participants.
- Communicate ticket/entrance needs (numbers, dates, names as required) to designated point of contact.
- Provide educational resources including orientation materials, access to trainings and guidance on best practices for serving individuals with behavioral health concerns.
- Conduct evaluation of participant experience and provide anonymized data upon request.
